Biography:  Joelle Coachman has a varied and extensive background in legal and business research services. As the owner of Info-2Go Legal Research Services, her company provides consulting services with an emphasis on training and education for Web 2.0 and online search.  She is also currently the E-Resources Librarian at McKenna Long & Aldridge, LLP and actively contributes to increasing the internal and external social media profile of the firm.  In addition, she has conducted a CLE approved Social Media Boot Camp for Lawyers.  Prior to this, she was the State Law Librarian at the State of Georgia Law Library, Office of the Attorney General where she supervised all library operations for 150 attorneys and provided reference services to the public.  Ms. Coachman has a Master of Library Science and Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media Arts from Clark Atlanta University.
