With the aim of increasing cross-departmental collaboration, this session will cover effective communication techniques that have emotional impact. Utilizing proven sales techniques, participants will receive tangible, concrete tips to build relationships that will help create influence and overcome objections, misperceptions, and other landmines.

A moderated panel of your peers will share real life examples of how they collaborated with other departments and shared resources to create or improve services, knowledge, and intelligence within their organizations. Examples will range from simple steps to improve workflow to conducting a full scale information audit to increase firm-wide opportunities and visibility.

In this focused wrap-up session attendees will transform their own takeaways from the day into specific action items. In networking groups individual attendees will discuss those action steps, potential challenges and barriers, and realistic deadlines for completion so that you will leave the Summit with both a plan of action and an accountability group to support you in completing your plan.
